Is Sephora coming back?

And this is now in Plaza.

Sephora was closed (but I don't know when) and after Sephora comes Dot and Luxe and Transform.
I remember Sephora. It was pretty cheap and colors was fine. There was more color then in Dot+Luxe. There was rock colection by Kat von D.
